Would you like to learn how to crochet or refresh your skills? During this workshop, you will learn the most important crochet techniques step by step using a small project such as a phone case, glasses pouch, coaster...

No experience is necessary. This crochet course is specifically designed for absolute beginners and those who want to gently review the basics. Sabine and Violette will personally guide you throughout the day. We work in a small group, with plenty of time to ask questions and practice techniques again.

What will you learn during this crochet workshop? We start with the most important crochet stitches and techniques. You will learn:

• How to crochet chains, single crochets, and double crochets
• How to read a crochet pattern and chart
• How to make a sturdy start
• Increasing and changing colors

You will first practice with the available practice yarn and crochet hooks from the studio, allowing you to comfortably get familiar with the movements and techniques.

• Do I already need to know how to crochet? No. The workshop is intended for absolute beginners. We start with the basic stitches and build up the techniques step by step.
• Will my practice project be finished at the end of the workshop? Probably not entirely. You will start your practice project during the workshop and receive all the instructions you need to finish the project independently at home.
• Do I need to bring my own materials? You do not need to bring any practice yarn or hooks. You can purchase needles and yarn afterwards to continue working at home.
• Where does the workshop take place? The workshop takes place at the Les Cousines studio, Boomgaardstraat 7 in 8000 Bruges.
