Conditions of sale
These conditions apply to every offer made by Selfmakery bv and to every agreement made with the customer. Each order or reservation implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale by the buyer.
Our offer contains a description of the products, services or digital content offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. All images, data on weights, images of labels and products, etc. on our website, social media channels, price lists, brochures, catalogs or newsletters are approximate only, are indicative and cannot be a reason for compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Our offer is always valid while supplies last and can be modified or withdrawn at any time. Selfmakery bv cannot be held liable for the non-stock of a product.
Orders via the webshop should always be paid in advance with one of the available payment methods. The products remain the property of Selfmakery bv as long as the purchase price owed by the buyer has not been paid in full to Selfmakery bv, even if the products have been processed. Once the products are delivered or collected, the buyer shall bear all risks of loss and destruction.
Wholesale
If you wish to purchase wholesale through our webshop, please write to hello@les-cousines.be. In your letter you mention your e-mail address (on which the account will be created), company number, registered office and website.
Only our knit kits and wool can be purchased at wholesale prices via the website. We do not offer the knitting accessories wholesale. We reserve the right to remove these from your wholesale order through our webshop.
If you would like an invoice for your purchase please write to hello@les-cousines.be. In your letter state your company number, registered office, the date and content of your purchase and/or reservation.
Complaints
Complaints concerning the conformity or visible defects concerning the delivery or collection must reach us within 14 days after delivery and in any case before the use or consumption of the products. This can be done by mail to hello@les-cousines.be.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your purchase with or without reason, you must let us know within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products via hello@les-cousines.be. The European Right of Withdrawal applies.
