Knitting Kit — Whisper Jumper

Soft as a whispering voice, smooth as silk, light as a cloud, and yet wonderfully warm: once you put on the Whisper Jumper, you won’t want to take it off!

You can wear it chic or casual, great over a blouse and—thanks to its light volume—also easy to wear under a jacket. It’s knitted with our fine Aura yarn, a blend of mohair and silk, using a slightly thicker needle for an open, airy effect.

The pattern is easy, we gave it an advanced knitters lable as knitting with the thin, hairy yarn can be tricky for beginners.

Choose one of our autumn colours, go for a bright pop of colour, or stick to classic ivory.

The jumper is knitted in one piece from top to bottom, with increases along the raglan seams.

This kit includes:

• The Aura yarn (wool/silk blend) for your chosen size
• the pattern
• 1 Les Cousines organic cotton project bag
• 1 Les Cousines label
• 1 wool needle
• Stitch markers

You will also need: circular knitting needles 6mm/100cm and 3.5mm/100cm. We recommend Addi Lace needles — their longer tips work beautifully with the fine Aura yarn.

This pattern is written for 3 sizes. Size 1= XS, size 2 = S-M, and size 3= L-XL.

The model is wearing size 2 in wine red. The Whisper Jumper in tangerine is made in size 3. This sweater is worn slightly oversized.
